Brandt Appraisal

 

Brandt Appraisal was established in 2019 by me, Michael (Mike) Brandt of Thorp, WI. I was born and raised on my parents dairy farm in Thorp, WI. I am a graduate of Thorp High School, Motorcycle Mechanics Institute Harley Davidson Technician program, Wisconsin Licensed Residential Appraiser Course and have certificates in Maintenance Management and Managing Maintenance for Buildings and Facilities from the University of Kansas. I worked as a head of maintenance for buildings and facilities for 10 years. In 2016, I became a staff appraiser for Pioneer Appraisal. In 2019, I started my own appraisal company. I love the appraisal profession and I am dedicated to quality service, reliable accuracy, honesty, non bias and respectfulness.
